Refund Policy
At WebSphere Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality cloud services, software, and support. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases of our Services, including subscription plans, one-time fees, and related digital products. By purchasing any Service from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and generally depend on the nature of the Service and the time elapsed since purchase. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, the following rules apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial payment if you have not extensively used the Service (e.g., less than 10 API calls or minimal data transfer). After 7 days, monthly fees are non-refundable.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel within the first 30 days of the initial term for a pro‑rated refund (excluding any setup fees). After 30 days, no refund is provided for the remaining term, but you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
- Pay-As-You-Go / Usage-based Services: Charges for already consumed resources (compute hours, storage, bandwidth) are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refundable at our discretion.
- One-time Setup or Consulting Fees: These are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless we fail to deliver the agreed scope.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Specific Plans)
For new customers purchasing our “Essential Cloud” or “Business Pro” annual plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of the annual fee. This guarantee applies only once per customer and does not extend to renewals, add-ons, or domain registrations.
To claim the 30-day guarantee, you must contact our billing team at billing@websphere-technologies.com within 30 days of purchase, provide your account email, and state the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
The following fees and services are generally non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers (due to registry policies).
- SSL certificates after issuance or activation.
- Overage charges for bandwidth, storage, or support incidents already rendered.
- Third-party software licenses purchased through us (unless the vendor grants a refund).
- Any fees related to suspended or terminated accounts due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Setup, installation, or customization fees once the work has been delivered or substantially performed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Log into your WebSphere Technologies account and navigate to Billing → Payment History.
- Locate the relevant charge and click “Request Refund” (if available), or
- Send an email to billing@websphere-technologies.com with your account ID, invoice number, and detailed reason.
- Our billing team will review your request within 5 business days and may ask for additional information.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
5. Refund Processing & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must notify us within 60 days of the charge date. Failure to do so waives your right to dispute that charge. In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct any transaction fees imposed by payment processors (typically 2.9% + $0.30) unless the refund results from our error.
6. Cancellation & Automatic Renewal
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation can be done via your account dashboard. A cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; you will continue to have access until the end of the paid term. No partial refunds are given for early cancellation of monthly plans except as stated in Section 1.
7. Service Downgrades & Credits
If you downgrade your plan mid‑cycle, we may issue a prorated credit toward future invoices instead of a cash refund. Credits expire 12 months from issuance and are non-transferable.
8. Force Majeure & Special Circumstances
WebSphere Technologies is not liable for refunds due to service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions). However, we may issue service credits on a case‑by‑case basis.

All refunds are processed in USD. International customers may be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time; changes become effective 14 days after posting.
